The Individual & Family Legal Service Plan is designed to give you and your family access to quality legal services at the most affordable rate possible. Once enrolled, you immediately become eligible to use the benefits, and you can contact a plan attorney right away. Our attorneys will provide sound legal advice and will assist you with any legal issues that you may have. Following are the FREE services and huge discounts that you will receive:

 No-Fee Legal Services  (FREE!)

• Phone Consultations and Legal Advice:  You'll receive FREE phone consultations with a licensed attorney in your area for any new legal matters. There is no limit to the number of legal matters that can be introduced, so you can contact the attorneys as many times as needed.
• In-Office Consultation and Legal Advice: If you would prefer to discuss your situation in person, our attorneys will meet with you in their office at no charge for any new legal matters.
• Contract and Document Reviews: At no charge, our attorneys will review contracts and documents (up to 6 pages) for any new legal matters, and they will provide you with sound legal advice to help you avoid any unforeseeable problems.
• Attorney Correspondence and Assistance with Disputes: If you are having problems with another party, perhaps a letter or phone call from an attorney would help you get the action you need and deserve. At no cost to you, our attorneys will make a phone call or draft a letter to the other party on your behalf to demand corrective action and resolve the issue.
• Small Claims Court Assistance: If you need assistance representing yourself in small claims court, our attorneys will guide you through the filing process, review your documents, and provide valuable advice to help you win the case.
• Government Programs Assistance: If you need help with government programs or agencies such as Social Security, INS, or welfare, our attorneys will advise you how to cut through the red tape to get the benefits and services you deserve.
  

 Last Will and Testament  ($350 value!)
    Qualified attorneys in your area will professionally prepare a Last Will & Testament for
    you and for your spouse.  You'll also receive legal advice regarding your will and estate
    plan and annual updates to your will, all at no additional charge.

 Discounted Flat-Fee Services
    Experienced attorneys will provide the following services on a discounted flat-fee basis:

 Contingency Fee Discounts
    If you have a lawsuit or claim against another party that can be handled on a
    contingency fee basis, you will receive a 10% reduction off of the state maximum rate
    or the attorney's usual rate, whichever is lower.

 Other Legal Services Just $75 per hour
    In the event that a member needs any additional legal services beyond those listed
    above, our plan attorneys will never charge more than $75 per hour.  This includes
    both in-court and out-of-court representation. That's a huge savings considering that
    the national average is nearly $200 per hour.
